GOLDMINE GROUPS

Insight Groups

Small, in-person groups for reflection, conversation, and meaningful connection.

This is not about having something profound to say.

It is about having a place to think out loud.

To follow a thread.
To notice what comes up when you are given a question and a little space.

Each group begins with a prompt. From there, the conversation unfolds.

Who this is for

This group is for people who:

  • enjoy reflecting, but do not always have space to do it out loud

  • are curious about their own thinking, patterns, or stories

  • want conversation that goes somewhere real

You do not need to be “good at sharing.”
You do not need to have anything figured out.

What the group offers

  • A steady container over time, rather than a one-time event

  • Thoughtful prompts and reflections to help people “enter” the room

  • Space for both speaking - and simply being present to listen

  • A facilitated environment that can hold emotional complexity without rushing it

There is no fixed agenda.
The group unfolds from what is brought into the room.

About the facilitator

Katie Guillory brings years of experience facilitating groups where people can speak honestly, listen closely, and engage in meaningful conversation. Her work is grounded in presence, curiosity, and a deep respect for how people make sense of their own lives.

How it works

  • Small group, in person

  • 6–10 participants

  • Weekly sessions

  • Danbury, CT (on the Ridgefield border)

  • Pricing varies by group

I run different Insight Groups throughout the year, often shaped around themes or sets of prompts.

One of the most popular groups is Showing Up for Yourself, which explores what it means to be present in your own life.

If this sounds like something you would want to be part of - or something you would like to learn more about - reach out and I can share more.
