About the Facilitator

Katie Guillory is a qualitative researcher and facilitator known for her rare ability to help people hear themselves more clearly.
With a degree in linguistics from Harvard and more than two decades spent studying language, attention, and human behavior, her work centers on what is said — and what is not.

Her facilitation draws from an eclectic blend of training: modern group psychoanalysis, NLP, Family Constellations, and reflective writing practices. These influences shape her steady, non-directive style — one that helps people stay with complexity, notice their own patterns, and articulate what they didn’t know they were holding.

Katie is known for asking just the right question at the right moment. Not to steer, but to open. Humor has always had a seat at the table. So has honesty.
