Goldmine Groups
A place to reflect, write, and share—together
Goldmine Groups are small, guided sessions where people gather to slow down, listen in, and unearth what matters. Each group is shaped around thoughtful prompts and a no-cross-talk structure, creating a rare kind of space: grounded, spacious, and real.

How it works
Small groups (in person or online)
60–90 minute sessions guided by Katie
Each session begins with a writing prompt
Participants share (or not) in a no-advice, no-fixing format
Reflection, not performance

Who These Groups Are For
Goldmine Groups are for anyone craving a deeper kind of connection—with themselves, and with others. People come for different reasons: transition, curiosity, grief, restlessness, creativity.
What they find in group is often the same—belonging.
“I came in cautious and curious. I didn’t expect to feel so connected—to myself, and to everyone else in the room.”

Some Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to share?
No. Writing is part of the process, but sharing is always optional. You are welcome to listen the whole time.
What if I cry?
You will not be the first, and you will not be alone. Tears are welcome here—and so is laughter.
Is this a writing group?
Not really. The prompts are just a way in. You do not need to be a writer. You just need to show up.
Can I drop in for one session?
Most groups run as a short series so we can build trust over time. Occasionally, we offer one-time gatherings.
Is this therapy?
No. Goldmine Groups are not therapy—but they can be deeply therapeutic.
