The gold is already there. Let’s unearth it.

Goldmine Groups are small, reflection-based gatherings where you are invited to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what’s true for you.
No advice. No performance. Just presence.

What are Goldmine Groups?

Goldmine Groups are small, welcoming spaces where insight and connection unfold at a natural pace.

Each 90-minute session invites you to slow down and explore what is ready to surface— through thoughtfully chosen prompts and quiet reflection.

You might write. You might speak. You might listen.

There is no right way to show up—just your way.

How it Works

Each Goldmine Group session is 75-90 minutes long and meets on Zoom (occasionally in person).
Groups are small—just the right size for reflection and connection.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Arrival & settling in. A few quiet minutes to land and breathe.

  • A handful of prompts. Some reflective, some surprising, all optional.

  • Your way of engaging. Write, speak, listen, pause...all of it is welcome.

  • No advice, no fixing. Just presence, permission, and a bit of gold.

We end with a moment to integrate—so you can carry what matters into the rest of your day.

Prompts lead the way

Goldmine Groups center around reflection prompts—questions designed to surface what’s true for you, in this moment. Some are direct. Some sneak up on you. All are optional.

You do not need to answer everything. You do not need to share.

But if you feel something stir—we follow that.

A few that stick with us:

Sometimes a single question opens a door you did not know was there.

Goldmine Groups are for people who crave something quieter.
Something slower. Something more real.

You do not need to be a writer.
You do not need to be good at sharing.

You simply need to be curious—about yourself, about others, about what is ready to surface.

Is This for You?

This space is especially for you if:

You’re craving more reflection, less reaction

You value depth over small talk

You’re navigating change, loss, or transition

You want to feel connected without needing to perform

You might be someone who usually hangs back.
Or someone who’s often holding space for others.

You are welcome here.

This is not therapy. It’s not coaching. It’s not a class.
It’s something more spacious:
a place to slow down and hear what you already know.

No preparation. No homework.

Just show up.

Noticing. Listening. Unearthing.

I am Katie Guillory—a qualitative researcher, coach, and facilitator who has spent over 20 years listening closely for what lies just beneath the surface.

Goldmine Groups began as an experiment. A way to hold space for reflection and connection without fixing, forcing, or performing.

What began quietly has grown into something deeply meaningful—for me, and for those who have gathered.

My approach is intuitive, steady, and unpolished on purpose.
I do not pretend to have the answers.
I hold the space so you can hear your own voice more clearly.

This work is grounded in everything I have learned from:

  • 20+ years of leading insight work and focus groups/interviews

  • Coaching individuals through life transitions

  • Grief support, group facilitation, and deep presence practice

I believe the gold is already there.
Sometimes it just needs the right space to surface.

Reflection is easier to find when someone else holds the space.

That’s what Goldmine is for.
